Avoid operation mode that may containing potential dangers to filter press operators
Check and make sure the filter press/the whole filter press systemis operated under safe working sequence.
Only when all the safeguards and security devices (e.g. the movable preventing guard, emergency breakers and fenders) are installed at the right place and function well can the filter press be started.
It’s recommended to wear protective goggles in the pressure areas during feeding and filtering.
Check filter press once at least after each work shift, to see if there’s any hidden trouble or danger. Any kind of change (including the equipment/system performance) should be reported to the relative personnel and department.
