●Please follow the drawing provided by Leo filter press, when carrying out filter press foundation design, place bearing girder on the two supporting legs. Foundation drawing in this manual is for reference only. Filter press external appearance and foundation dimension changed due to filter press upgrade will not inform users. Regarding the un-standard filter presses, please look at its specification list separately or refer to the drawings and manuals specially for that filter press model which filter press user ordered.
●.If the filter press filtering temperature is above 90℃,Please show us the special and detailed descriptions when placing the order. If the normal filter press plate used as the high-temperature endurable filter press ones, the lifetime of the filter press plate will be shortened or even cause breakage of the filter press plates.
●Normal filter presses are not able to work in a explosion-proof occasion. If filter press user does have any explosion-proof requirements, please show us special and detailed description when placing the order with explosion-proof grade and working conditions.
●Before placing an order ,please select the model of the filter press according to the filtering pressure provided by Leo filter press, in order to guarantee the filtering effect and the service life of the filter press plates.
● When lifting filter press , please hook the lifting lugs.
●During installation, the levelness of filter press installation foundation should be controlled within 0.5/1000.
●Twice-grouting treatment for the filter press anchor bolt, with 50-60mm exposed.
●After filter press installation, level its two side bars, ±2mm is endurable. The diagonal deviation of filter press side bars should not larger than 4mm.Or will cause distortion of the side bars because of heterogeneous pressure.
●Thickness of the filter press cloth varies in its raw materials. Sometimes different selection of the filter press cloth will shorten the distance between the filter press plates when discharging the filter press cakes, which is a normal phenomenon. Please note pay carefully attention to the filter press cloth selection.
●Before filter press starting work, make sure that the operation of the filter press will not cause any danger.
●Do not turn on the touchable terminal of electrical control cabinet of the filter press,when electricity is set on, nor open the connection box. Otherwise, it will cause error operation or electroshock.
